As the particulars of this law come in to focus it appears to be more of a protection for business owners and not "anti ***". Anybody remember the story not too long ago about the couple who owned a small bakery? They out of religious objection did not feel comfortable making a wedding cake for a *** couple. They were sued for discrimination and had to close their bakery. THAT'S WHY laws like this are starting to pop up.
