    i read as unknown sources are spreading the idea that " the currency is deteriorating" against the dollar- In an effort to destabilize the dinar. Saleh is warning these people ( who he will not name) that the dinar really can't take any more negative news.

    Thanks coorslite21 for bringing that over. I kept pausing the video trying to read the signs that were in English. I saw Dar Es Salam banks name on one of the signs too, as well as a plea to the IMF for help. I don't know what that is all about but it looks like they are having problems with more then one bank.
