If you actually read the posts by the guru's, they ALWAYS say monday cash in. Every single week. Last week was no different. Okie and KTFM spilled out a lie, said Monday cash in GUARANTEED, lol. After they said that, and posted it they realized what they did. They posted a lie that was even more unbelievable than the others. Since they have "sources" at the state department, they would know Monday is a holiday. Their sources would know this also. The sources would say Tuesday, not Monday. Since the sources do not exist, they had to correct this. They immediately changed it to Tuesday so they still look good. Dont worry though, tomorrow will come and go, and nothing will happen until Wednesday. Wednesday the chat will be " since the budget was denied, it will be re-read thursday and friday will RV, we will cash in on Monday.". Then next week it will be " well, since the camel that was carrying the RV documents broke its leg, everything was set back a couple days while a rental camel was acquired. Now the RV is set for Friday, cash in on Monday, GUARANTEED." I PROMISE you it will be something new on wednesday. It always is....

No, you have it a little wrong. RI=reinstatement = The Dinar is reinstated to its pre war value of $3.22 = 1 dinar. This means, that if you hold 1 mil dinar. You would exchange it and get 3.2 million USD RV= revaluation = they do not RI to pre war level. They figure out a new value. Whatever it may be. You then exchange at the new value. Eitherway, you make money. especially on the RI. But do not count on that. It will not happen IMO. It was an artificial rate. RV is more likely if they do anything. Even if it come out at 0.01 you will make money.

Answer: Basically, yes. You will see it on the CBI indicative rate section. Where it currently says 1 IQD is 1700 USD. It will be something totally different. Your Question: If it is, dont that have to substantiate that somehow? We used to be on the gold standard, when each dollar printed have it's value backed with gold bullion in the Fed. Doesnt the CBI need to do the same? Perhaps back it with oil? Answer: Short answer is NO. Yes, we were backed by Gold back in the day. But, currently we are backed by NOTHING. The USD is backed by " The full faith and credit of the United States Government." The CBI does not need to do the same at all. They can back by their Government which bases the value on their GDP each year. Your Question: What interets does the Iraqi gov't have in revaluing their currency? Answer: They are no longer in hyperinflation. So, an RV or RI would bring the prices of everything down to normal ranges. No more 25,000 dinar for a loaf of bread. Although, keep in mind. They dont need to RI or RV with a massive return on our ends to bring down the prices of everything. they can very easily start bringing down prices little by little, and over the next 5 years be at par with everyone else. Your Question: WHY would the government do it? All they really need is the dinar to be re-instated in the world market as a recognized currency and they will be legitimized. Your Question: Are they going to RV the dinar just to make us rich Answer: Absolutely not. They dont give a care about us at all. It actually doesnt have to be strong at all for us to get paid back or for us to engage in activities with them. All it has to be is internationally recognized. Look at china for example. They have a weak currency considering their economy. Their economy is #1 in the world also. I know, I know. Technically it is #2, we are #1.... But since they bought most of our govt bonds, they own us, and therefore have the strongest economy. Based on their economy, the currency they use is EXTREMELY undervalued. And they have no intentions what-so-ever to RV it. Every major country has filed formal complaint with the UN and IMF trying to get them to RV, but they refuse. All any country has to have is an international currency. They do not have to RV it.

Presidential Order 13303 doesnt say to buy Dinar. It simply states that US citizens have the same rights as Iraqi Citizens when investing in Iraq. Whichever form of investing you want to do. You hold the same rights as an Iraqi citizen.

People just think that they will RV because of the rate is was at pre US invasion. And, not to open a can or worms, but it WAS an artificial rate by Saddam. Iraq has had an artificial rate since saddam in 1979. But, people dont want to hear that. But, before his regime, it was a pretty strong currency. It would be nice for it to go back to that.. But no one knows what it is going to do. Not a single person. Dont get me wrong, I do hold Dinar, and would like it to RV, but I am also a realist and know that it probably wont. But on the off chance that it does, I will be very happy.
