This is the best independent article that I have read in these recent troubling times. I hope at ths point that Abadi will not allow Maliki to get any position in the new government. I am concerned that if Maliki obtains a position of marginal influence that he will manipulate all of his friends and relatives that he placed in postions inorder to protect his future, their ill gotten gains, and any subversive network they undoubtedly set up to protect it/them all. There are under 5 billion individual notes currently in circulation all which are collectively valued at whatever the CBI says they are valued today. Note: even with all the crud that has gone on, and is going on the value of the dinar we hold has remained the same. that speaks alot to the stability CBI has been building into their money. Just gotta get a smoother transition from one administration to the next administration.
