I can honestly say we are alot closer than when I started this 5 years ago. No dates from me and only believe all are just guessing on the info right in front of them (or us). Its sooner than yesterday and not soon enough for tomorrow. God bless DV friends

Im not agreeing just becaucse I want this to happen (I do) but I think you are so right I dont no when but the timing could not be any better than right now than ever before in this investment. Not to mention what it would do to the Iraqians to put some type of trust in the new govt. . They dont know this type of freedom....

Doc in 1980 they were doing 3.5ml and today they are about 3ml but .......Now they have new found (or they say) oil reserve that is huge and untouched. Shooting for 12ml in afew years to come. So its seems they are at full cap. now but having troubles to export it.. Now have to export and fix and build new or contract oil fields..This all takes money.

I agree they may have a govt. but they need to make sure all parliments are on paper and Im sure thats what they are doing so all gets apiece of the oil pie. Remeber they are already pushing 3mil in oil a day now.. Thats not bad at 80$+

Crack. A budget is based on how much money they need to operate over the next year. It will have to do with spending so you need to know how money you will make ( oil,gold, agricuture, etc..) to set your budget. Not what they have on hand right now. Even tho they should be able to cover it but they dont..They are falling short. Or they say they are..

Doc im no expert but it is to my understanding is how will Iraq get the oil up and running without any money to build infrastructure. They would have to revalue somehow to pay for contracts to contractors. They do have a reserve but they have got to do something with there people and govt. payroll. So I agree its close but not understanding the dinar dealers comments.....Just more thoughts
