Thanks for the post/chat info. It seems logical that since the IMF wanted them closer to the Pound or Dollar, & SINCE the budget is showing in BOTH IQD trillions,, & USD Billions.... It would make more sense to be closer to the USD. JMO of course... But I agree they are proud people & do/wish for it come out higher... 3+ Remember the 3.22 was NOT a Forex approved rate, rather that is what Saddam selected,,, in the 80s.. So IT IS NOT A REAL RI... BUT they were using it as more of a way to measure for the HIGH VALUE of an RV at 3.22-3.86 (speculative IMO)... and the KU being as high as it is!!! They all wanted to be close to the KU... At this point I would take .10 cents or anything higher... Either way, I am a millionare!! But for the Iraqi people, I do hope that it comes out near or higher than the dollar...
