Point taken...wasn't intending to call people weak-minded or be derogatory. I try to help others I know who have invested or on this site when I have the opportunity. Sometimes it seems there are a few people who do not due the leg work required to look into any opportunity to verify if the risk justifies the potential reward, I especially detest MLM stuff as it preys on peoples emotions and desire to make easy money. My philosophy is that money just makes some more of what they already are, it does not change a persons basic character, but rather accentuates the strengths and weaknesses. I plan to assist the others that I know are invested post-RV to get themselves set up so they have something for the rest of there lives (FYI: not for a fee, but because I care about my friends and family that have invested and want them to secure there wealth, I will simply tell them what I am doing - i.e. tax attorney, CPA, financial consulting professionals and encourage them to seek out the same). Of course that all depends on what the RV actually works out to be, no one really knows, but hope springs eternal! Good Luck

LOVE YOUR POST!!! No matter what you do, there is the truth of P.T. Barnum "there is a sucker born everyday", everyone needs to do their own research and invest what they think is right. If someone use funds they don't really have (i.e. needed for necessities) to spend on this investment, they shouldn't do it and are responsible for their OWN actions. Personally, I am tired of the victim mentality that permeates society these days...JMHO (sorry for the vented spleen)...

Not everyone knows, or for reasons unknown, they do not believe the the Iraqi Dinar will revalue. Clearly, american citizens have the right to possess Iraqi Dinar per EO13303 and Article 39 of the Iraqi Constitution, so it being illegal to have outside the country is not true IMHO. Some conjecture, and I tend to agree, that a lot of disinformation will come out before the currency RV's. Not really sure, just going on information I read and hear, and using my gut feeling on things...

While at Wells Fargo today was chit-chatting with the teller. She asked what I did for a living, and I told her I was an independent consultant. So, just for a lark I thought I would make an innocuous comment regarding having an investment in some foreign currency. She actually says, do you have some of that Iraqi Dinar? So I said that I have a few million. So she goes, well we have had been some meetings where that was discussed, and it will be worth something soon and anyone with some would get a great return. For the record, this is a real conversation, and I have NEVER posted a rumor before, and a little hesitant, but I am open to the following options: #1 - She was telling the truth #2 - She was shining me on #3 - She was a pumper (but did not try to sell me Dinar) #4 - She was a GET plant #5 - She was an OKIE plant A little levity there, but the conversation did happen and stunned me a little, mainly because I thought the bank rumors were bogus or pumpers. I am not a pumper, nor a guru, just a regular guy...so take for whats is worth, remember my first rumor ever posted so be "gentle" with me...

I agree with you keep. Once there is a inkling that there is stabilization, the big time investors will come in, because all they have to do is make 10%-33% profit with moderate to moderate/high risk, because then 10mil or 100mil invested would return 1-3.3M to 10-33M, quite respectible without an extremely large committment of overall portfolio...but this is JMHO, what to I know ...

Good news...borrowing money at this point is irrelevant to the RV, if they RV the amount to pay back is not an issue any more, and probably has to do with back room deals between Iraq/WB/IMF et al...but who knows... RV will probably occur when it appears least likely to...JMHO though... GO RV

The fatal flaw is that the the taxes taken from the stimulus dollars is not taken into account. Therefore the $100 dollars returned to the Motel owner would have been more like $25.00 making him lose $75.00 (simplied math here)
