  1. No, we dont need serious immigration....the govt letting all these american companies outsource and send millions of americans jobs overseas because they can pay them a fraction of what we make is causing a huge problem....we dont need more people pouring in...we cant even give our own citizens jobs so how can we help out immigrants?? WE CANT!!! our govt needs to get their act together and realize that they need to put restrictions on companies outsourcing and all these damn CEO's need to stop being so damn greedy and selfish because they are only looking out for whats good for them and NOT whats good for our country!!
  2. Currency realignment for Norway? lol not sure what you are trying to say.....
  3. Its just a joke... lol he tries to keep humor instilled in all of us and I actually like reading his posts cause it gives me a good laugh...dont be so serious, maybe you need a little vacay.....
  4. Cant wait to hear your explanation for why it didnt happen.....please post for everyone ok? thanks.....
  5. its a pretty clear cut statement....it does take time to change a currency and in omitting the zeros they will also have to raise the value of the currency which takes time to prepare to make sure everything is in order and that it wont have a negative effect on anything when it happens, which they have been working on this issue probly for years...inflation is the major worry when doing something like this....also having to take the time to educate the people on exactly what the heck is happening....but no worries...this is what we want....redenomination and removing the zeros from circulation is what we need to happen in order for the value of the currency to go up....which should take place at least by the end of the year.....
  6. It will be on the news just like China was when they raised the value a little.....no need to worry you will know when it happens...but you have some time so you dont need to stay up all hours of the night watching the news
  7. Then we should be boycotting Washington State!! Thats absolutely ridiculous!! How can you give someone who is illegal, a drivers lisence?? they arent supposed to be here in the first place hence the term "illegal" but your going to make it legal for them to drive?? What the hell is wrong with that picture?? Im from Phoenix and illegal immigration is a bigger problem then you all think....you all dont get to see all the drophouses full of illegals getting busted into every other week....this is serious and we need to stand up now or the US govt will continue to let this BS happen!! Can you believe Obama has the balls to say they are thinking of suing Arizona over this law?? Who is pro american again?? Def not our president.....
  8. They would have to RI to come out at anywhere near 3.....if they RV it will take YEARS to get up that high......its just not possible for them to RV overnight like that....
  9. We will be lucky to see them even agree on candidates for PM let alone have them vote and figure it all out....they MIGHT have the president picked which if they do then they will have 30 more days to decide on a PM and get everyone seated.....its unfortunate for the people that their own govt cant get their crap together...
  10. You are all playing with fire buying from ebay....your bills might not necessarily be counterfit even though there are a huge amount out there....BUT any of those bills could be from groups of bills stolen from banks over the years...they keep track of those serial numbers and if they are run through the system you will not get your money from those when it comes time to exchange them!! it does NOT matter one bit if your buying from a top rated seller or not....im sure they cannot guarantee where exactly they came from or that they are not from criminal origin and if they tell you that they are probly lying....its better to protect yourself and your investment and just pay a little more and get them from a bank or dinar trade...then at least you know you wont be f*&ked when it comes time to exchange them....some of you might have fake bills and not even know it....after 7 years of being out i can promise you someone has mastered the art already....and it doesnt cost squat to make fakes when there is such a huge market for the dinar....its just like our currency, when there is a will there is a way and if someone can make a quick buck off you they will do it.....
  11. Just goes to show that REGARDLESS of any outside pressure, no one can make a country RV their currency....the countries economy determines what it is...not what other countries or people want.....
  12. Then you probly wont get that alert unless they RI......if they RV it will most likely be a gradual rise...come up slow and let the market take it....dont expect to wake up one morning at it to be at a dollar...that will take some time
  13. No one is the NEW prime minister yet....thats how they refer to Allawi and they have refered Maliki in the same manner....its just how its written and translated....they dont even have the candidates for the new PM chosen yet....could still be weeks before we know who the NEW prime minister will be....
  14. fool me once, shame on you......fool me twice, shame on me......wont let him get to the second lol
  15. They started back up on the 22nd which they told the media it would start back on that tuesday as well.....
  16. well the question is if they were offered the equivalant of 20 million US dollars in dinar? cause thats 20 million no matter how you slice it and it just would need to be exchanged...... now if the contract is for 20 million DINAR then ok yes i wouldnt touch that crap either!!! lol
  17. Im gonna have to agree with you on that one!!! Which is why i think so many people get bashed when they talk about the logical side of things and come out saying that it will still be awhile before we see anything....unless they RI, the currency change will be slow a gradual...you wont wake up and it all of a sudden be over 1.00......its a slow process....so we need to hope for a RI to be honest......
  18. ok well if Iraq and Vietnam are only there as watchers and not participants then this meeting wouldnt have any DIRECT effect on either one of their currencies which is what sooo many people are thinking and getting excited about....oh well...just another meeting i suppose....
  19. Unfortunately things dont work that way....i wish they did!!! they havent budged on the exchange rate because they have things that need to be done before any of that can be justified....10 or 20 cents could very well be the RV...who knows!! Its just not likely that it will happen all overnight....gradual and letting it float is more realistic....
  20. They dont do anything on saturdays so yea they wont be having auctions then......did you mean a different day?
  21. It wouldnt surprise me.....pretty level headed i would say.....we shall see.....
  22. You really know how to make investors smile!! hahaha thanks a bunch! I know you spend alot of time researching this stuff and im sure we ALL appreciate it!! If they are really trying to launch themselves back into the international stock exchange in october then looks like sometime in october would be the absolute latest they could RV.....keep up the good work!!!
  23. Well you would think if that was the case that there would be no need to even mention such a thing....even if it was already changed internally or behind the scenes he is talking of the present policies on action now so it would mean that ok maybe its done "behind closed doors" but that it wont become active for months....
  24. June 23 2010 BAGHDAD (Reuters ) - The central bank governor said on Wednesday that his country is in talks with six or seven foreign banks interested in entering the Iraqi market , despite insurgent attacks on financial institutions including the Central Bank. The governor said Shabibi told Reuters that the current interest rate at six percent is suitable for the time being in line with core inflation , which stood at three percent in June. He said in an interview conducted in English: ” Some foreign banks willing to join the local banks and we are negotiating with many of them actually … there were some applications submitted for permits to work. ” “There are banks in the Gulf region and I think that there are two banks , three from Europe. I think that six or seven is the number of good banks to a large extent . ” Said Walid Idi Acting Director-General to monitor the banking in the Central Bank of Iraq in a news conference later on Wednesday that the Iranian and Lebanese banks among banks that submitted requests . Gunmen burst into the suicide bombers and the central bank earlier this month have killed 18 people and fought a gun battle lasted an hour and a half with the security forces. The attack targeted a suicide bomber on Sunday Trade Bank of Iraq . Shabibi but played down fears that the fragile security situation delayed the formation of new government after the March election that could alienate foreign investors. “Those goals were long term too. I do not think this will affect investment decisions. ” The central bank cut its key interest rate by 100 basis points to six percent in April, in response to the decline in inflation. Shabibi said “( interest rates) are well in line with inflation at the moment … I think that the level of inflation is fairly good .. actually we do not expect any changes in monetary policy in the months to the (next ). ” The official interest rate in Iraq guided by the interest rates at banks rather than a mechanism of direct cash because the banking sector as small as capital markets are undeveloped . Is dominated by the oil sector on the economy, the Iraqi official . The governor said he did not expect the widening budget deficit in 2010 because oil prices – that was trading around 76 dollars per barrel on Wednesday – not far from the estimates in the budget , adding that the outlook for the Iraqi budget stable “almost “Thanks to high oil prices. He said, ” but I think that there will be more demand for the development projects … because of some political turmoil and the elections , preventing the implementation of many of them. “There may be a campaign for the implementation of projects .. and will put some pressure on the budget.” The Iraqi Council of Ministers approved the budget for 2010 at 78.73 trillion Iraqi dinars. The budget assumed a price of crude at 62 dollars a barrel and predicted a deficit of 17.95 trillion dinars. I somewhat highlighted the most important line in this article in my eyes.....guess we will just have to wait and see......this article has nothing really to do with the exchange rate so why would he just throw that little tidbit of info out there?? No reason to hide anything from what this article is talking about......
  25. hahaha it was funny thats why i said that....and jigga died....he got kicked so keepmwlknfny is the reincarnation of jigga but they both share the same views hahaha
