All the information seems to be matching the information I’m hearing and reading from others, and from completely different sources and contacts. And, just so you’re aware, I haven’t heard a rate less than $3 over the past month or so. I do NOT know if any of this is true. I will NOT give any more details. He spoke by phone today with Chief V, who a day or two ago posted about lower denoms being available on a few US bases. Hi Everyone, I personally spoke with Chief V today regarding his posting of the information regarding the Lower Denomination IQD now available in the US Military base banks at several locations. He confirmed that the information is totally correct, and was reconfirmed by other sources in Iraq today. He is waiting to receive scanned copies of the notes, ans said he will be posting them as soon as he receives them. He also confirmed that his buddies in Iraq confirmed that there were lines at local Iraqi banks that were open for just a few hours. He wasn’t able to confirm that the Iraqis were exchanging Large denom for Smaller denom IQD, or US dollars – as some have posted. He will be posting more as soon as he can confirm the information, so as not to relay any Rumors…! That’s all I have from Chief V – a very reliable and reputable source. This may be a dumb question, but when the RV is announced, will it be done at a specific time of day...for example, would it be announced at midnight iraq time or could it be announced at any random time??...just wondering when is the best time to be watching for it....
