I agree with you 100%. I've been saying this forever. OIL = Bargaining Chip = Money on both sides. Example (these are made up figures so relax folks): USA Dinar Reserves after Cash in 7 Trillion. Iraq sells Barrel of oil for $75 in Dinar. We give them $75 in dinar and we STILL charge high prices at the pump and its an endless cycle of WIN WIN.

If I am reading this right, they are stating that the foreign auctions they have been doing has served its purpose to raising the dinars value and will no longer be needed to do so. The last sentence scares me because it says that any further increase could result in negative consequences. So are they saying if they raise their dinar value more this could be bad? Someone help! :/

KEEP has obviously done research and come out with the conclusions he has. I enjoy his chats, insight and at times I like to combat him in some forums as well. I think he is a bright kid. a LOP is like a bankruptcy, it does not do them good for a few years and sometimes it makes it worse. When a currency breaks even then it is NOT A LOP. It stays the same. Turkey LOPPED! IRAQ better not...I think they are too far into the glory that they will not...it will not help their economy and all of these large businesses would not be investing in them to LOSS all of their money folks...
