King Bean Posted April 22, 2017 Report Share Posted April 22, 2017 I know they are still clearing ISIS out, but Abadi better have a solid plan, support, money, equipment, food and massive labor to start rebuilding immediately. If not, he will have another fight on his hands. The day he announces full liberation it has to begin, the rebuilding and infrastructure.
