For its part, reported an MP for the Kurdistan Alliance Najiba Najib told the same newspaper that "the province is committed to significantly agreement oil did not abandoned him yet. " Najib believes that "Baghdad has failed to fulfill certain obligations, throwing dues for employees to be paid and this has been approved in the budget law", calling for "the federal government to understand the circumstances of the region of the current non-payment of staff salaries, and the presence of large numbers of displaced people on its territory, as well as the larger war that pits the Peshmerga forces against al Daash and their need for money to sustain the battle and victory momentum. " said Kurdish MP that "the federal government sent us five batches by: 250 billion dinars in January, and 350 billion dinars in February, and 450 dinars billion in March, and 488 billion dinars in April, and 508 billion dinars in May. " stressed Najib that "these amounts combined do not account for more than the region's share to only two months in accordance with the maturity of 17% of the federal budget." I completed by saying that "wells Kurdistan Baghdad received about 550 000 barrels per day and is ready to meet the shortfall, which won the first three months in deliveries provided that Nnmah full share of the budget. magawatt
I think of this venture like football; every time you make headway they move the chains 10 yards down field- that could be frustrating if you don't have patience.
