I was looking on xe.com at the current exchange rate. There's been huge fluctuations since mid november early december. Here is 5 year chart. I had to adjust the resolution to be able to attach it here.

what does this mean?

One explanation is that being pegged to the USD,

when the USD moves, the IQD moves.

 

Now, when you see it really MOVE, then we

The only problem with that explanation is that the dollar has moved up and down in the past 5 years and the dinar has shown none of these volatility of the past few months.

While the explanation is exactly why the fluctuations Fireman35 I appreciate the fact you are searching and sharing. Don't stop, you may eventually find the diamond in the rough we are all looking for.
