Iraq is gaining momentum in its bid to get out from under the UN trade sanctions that were first imposed on the country in 1991 after Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait.

The UN Security Council pledged "to review, with a view toward lifting" the sanctions, once Iraq's safeguards against acquiring weapons of mass destruction are shown to be sufficient.

The 15-nation council adopted a US-drafted statement that it will consider ending the sanctions once it can ensure that Iraq complies with treaties against developing biological, chemical and nuclear weapons.

Iraq's foreign minister requested the action last month. The sanctions were intended to prevent Iraq from acquiring such weapons. None were found after the US invaded Iraq in 2003. PEOPLE we know that they don't have no more weapons of mass destruction. So the RV is in countdown!!!

The 0.00 is the amount of change. Try it with another currency and you will see the same 0.00 while there is not trading.

That is a COMPLETE RESET of their quote mechanism!!

Right below all the zeros is a time stamp from the usd/iqd rates and it says Jan 1, Going down the Middle East pairings they have a time stamp of Feb 26,: Not sure what to make of it but thanks for the post.

Something is happening. When I go to the page it has date stamp of Feb 26th and 10 seconds into being on the page it changes to a Jan 1 date and gives all the zeros. I don't know if it's significant or not, but this whole investment has the makings of a good movie.

Now I know previously that on some forex sites that the USD/IQD briefly showed up 'accidentally' in the middle of the night. I may be mistaken, but isn't this the first time they have openly showed the USD/IQD exchange rate? I should presume that this a good thing, right? Someone else who knows more about it than I can enlighten the rest of us. I hope this is it...

Folks-not to be negative but seems someone or ? is playing with the Dinar World today..Play with forexpros & the date that shows Jan/01 & I believe all became 0's due the system was calibrating from 09 to 10..and the present rate as of yesterday is accurate..Will admit--.86 would be better then .85 Rumor until Fact..Have a nice day!

haha my point was, that I think the "glitch" with forexpros resetting, is part from it's normal maintenance & the other part from us putting a ton of simultaneous hits to the site due to all the speculation and by doing that, we are crashing the system. I don't think it has anything to do with what we wish it be

I HIGHLY recommend taking lessons in Economics 101. Some will be broke the next day if you don't get a handle on money. Sounds like grade school times on this site. Oh yes, I forgot that most people in the US attended Government run schools. That explains it!!! Sorry.
