Ur Probably Looking for Something More Recent or Specific but From What I Can Remember the Reparations to Kuwait are the Single Largest Remaining Issue.

I cant remember but i think it was in june we saw articles that came out that Kuwait was calling for the release of Ch 7 and they had nothing but hope for their muslim brothers..........they may still have their hand out but it may get slapped..........i will still stand by my opinion.......that the RV is the ransom for their release from ch 7...........imo we will see the RV before Ch 7........jmo.........GO DINAR

Iraq calls for the international community to help him get out of Chapter VII
