He said Zaidi, "The demands of the Kurds was centered around three points of the first of: Implementation of Article 140 of the Constitution, and the second is the law of oil and gas, and the third is the implementation of the remaining of the conventions of Arbil, "noting that" the last Maeetm discussed is the law of oil and gas, while the formation of committees of the parties to resolve remaining issues such as Article 140 and the remains of the Convention on the Erbil. " Zaidi added that "the Kurds adhere to the old draft law of oil and gas, which is unconstitutional in some paragraphs being provided on the broad powers of the province without Alrjul to the central government," adding that "this matter will be resolved by consensus."
