This is horrible. We must all do everything we can to turn this mess around in November 2012 at the ballot box.

This is frightening!!!!

Isn't obama wonderful!!!

Excellent presentation...........DO LISTEN TO THIS.

As time goes by, we begin to forget things .... Things like Nancy Pelosi saying, "Congress, you need to pass this healthcare bill in order to see what is in it." The bill passed some months ago, and you wonder why aspiring Presidential nominees are so adamant on repealing this legislation by executive order? Take a reminder listen:

Since government health care will be MANDATORY watching this should be, too.

Please watch the entire video....This is a MUST!

Then send it to everyone you know. ASAP. THIS IS SERIOUS STUFF

Uh, I did read the pages, and the claims are indeed justified.

Page 21 end lists all self insured employers, and the entire page 22 lists what is going to happen, if you list everything that will be "studied" it is nothing short of a full audit, then some gov official will "decide" if they are solvent enough to stay self insured. This is supposed to take place in 18 months after being enacted.

Just how many people will it take to fully audit thousands of businesses, and how much will the disruption cost those businesses.

Here's a copy paste of pg 29

APPLICABLE LEVEL.—The applicable

10 level specified in this subparagraph for Y1 is

11 $5,000 for an individual and $10,000 for a

12 family.

Then increased by $100 only IF there is a rise in the consumer index.

Which inversely means it can be decreased in the index falls.

Sorry Mojack, the video is fundamentally true.

Just how is that video wrong????

Page 30 is just plain SCARY.

This describes the people that will decide who will get health care.

members who are not Federal employees or officers and who are appointed by

the President.

9 members who are not Federal employees or officers and who are appointed by

the Comptroller General of the United States in

a manner similar to the manner in which the

Comptroller General appoints members to the

Medicare Payment Advisory Commission under

section 1805© of the Social Security Act.

Such even number of members (not to

exceed 8) who are Federal employees and

officers, as the President may appoint.

So, they will be appointed by the president, like Van Jones, or that guy from the DoE that is a flaming "alternative lifestyle" advocate?

These few people will over see ALL health care procedures, and examine EACH one on individual merits?

As well as decide which companies are able to stay self insured?

There's only 24 hours in a day, they couldn't POSSIBLY go through 15,000 cases a day, so that means there will be an immediate and potentially LETHAL delay from everything to tonsils removal to appendectomy's, to heart surgery.

Oh WAIT, with only 5k per person, there WON'T BE any more heart surgeries for the "commoners"

I can see it now, all they gonna look at is political registration, progressive- approve, Libertarian, disapprove, Republican-- go die...

This NEEDS to be STOPPED

Good post, Delta. And good backup info, Divemaster. 1+ to each. We have to get The O and his Marxist cronies out of office in 2012. Remember that conservatives, independents and those who love America vote on Tuesday, November 6, 2012. Liberals, progressives, socialists and those who hate America vote on Wednesday, November 7, 2012.

I'll break it down a little...

There's a difference in cost sharing and non-cost sharing essential services.

NO COST-SHARING FOR PREVENTIVE SERVICES.—There shall be no cost-sharing under the essential benefits package for preventive items services (as specified under the benefit standards), including well baby and well child care.

ANNUAL LIMITATION.—The cost-sharing incurred under the essential benefits package with respect to an individual (or family) for a year does not exceed the applicable level specified in subparagraph (B ).

(B ) APPLICABLE LEVEL.—The applicable level specified in this subparagraph for Y1 is $5,000 for an individual and $10,000 for a 12 family. (It's like the deductible)

Cost-Sharing requires employees to contribute towards the cost of their coverage in situations where cost-sharing is imposed.

Bottom-line - there's no limit on services.

There's is a limit of how much the person may have to pay if cost-sharing is imposed.

BTW: as far as an audit... employees are already tracked through the employment system... taxes are are paid by the employer, each month, by the 15th. Business owners with employees know this...
