there is no agreement! they have agreed to talk, that's all... big deal. when maliki, barzani, allawi and talabani sit down and SIGN THE ERBIL is when we have agreement. the rest of this is just iraqi posturing...there is NO AGREEMENT... yet

Well let's hope this time they will pass it once and for all. I've heard this agreement so many times but never hear it's passed. I hope it's the third and final reading so that it can pass. Only time will tell. These guys give new meaning to Govt. Red tape. Just get it done already. Praise God let it be so. Thanks for the post. God Bless Semper Fi ;)

The OP is not misleading anyone, he never used the word "Passed" in the title........I'm just wondering how you came to that conclusion?:unsure:

The title is still misleading, because it states passed, yet it has not passed. Should have used a question mark after passed.
