I really thing there won't be a chapter 7 lift unless there is an RV instated. The chapter 7 is the UN's grab on Iraq and they helped Iraq to get their independence and democracy back, but they have to pay for the war with the RV. So if tomorrow is the day out of 7, then we will have our RV! .
