That's it, the way I look at it. If you don't have the SIMPLE understanding that computer etiquette says typing in "caps" lock is considered yelling. Than I doubt they have any information worth reading.

Call me crazy but if these intelligent people are so connected with high up people and sources, they would definitely understand that the CAPS locks button is not pressed unless you are attempting to rage or scream at someone over the internet.

The Iraqis are not stupid , education or lack of---the ones in a position to take advantage of looking at what does NOT work form us will take eveything they can the only thing which no one is taking into consideration are their citizens-- they are just tired of listening to the same old crapola--they are tired of promises and getting nothing --this is just a MHO but if the crap doesn't come together soon and improve life as a whole for every region than it will go back to a tribal system alliances protecting each other--fight those who try to take each tribes area while being fercily protective of the IRAQI people
