I've been in this fun game for just 16 months. It's like an obsession for me to check the boards every day for a few minutes. So I just have to ask.. Those of you who have been waiting and watching for the RV for years, how do you stand it with out going crazy with anticipation?? Half of me is ready to just limit myself to checking these boards just one time per week, but I think I'm turning into an RV junkie.. I need my daily 'hit'...

I believe that the budget you think that "has yet" to pass is the budget for Baghdad, not the entire country. That budget has been passed.

Ch. 7, I will agree with you... It's "almost lifted", but who knows how long until everyone signs off on the lifting of the sanctions.

Govt. seated? No, but close... I feel that without the main budget in the way, they can focus on this. The pressure is on, and I don't think it'll be months, weeks, but only days at the moment.

The budget left has no bearing on the RV. Chapter VII in an almost state is like "almost pregnant". Do not believe the 1 or 2 ministers to go has any bearing. Chapter VII is the key. Once, that is official, then we are within a few years of an RV at 1 to 1 - but that is after it LOP's. So, your 25,000 note will be worth $25 and you paid about $27 - doesn't include the shipping.
