There was a feasibility research conducted around... 2008? Its around the internet somewhere, but I believe the rate done upon the research concluded a RV of roughly $1.67 or something of that sorts.

I may have it bookmarked somewhere.. I think I actually received it from Scooter...

That could be the research they had done on it...
