It doesn't make sense

It just does not makes sense to me that the budget would be passed (of course based on the Dinar) then a revaluation takes place. What am I missing??

I must admit I am not an expert at Governments but I bet most of us are the same.

Well as of now,,,, the budget isn't passed yet, so until we see the completed budget and the numbers in it we don't know if it does included the rv.

From what i get out of it, the constitution states it has to be read 3 times to be legal. Sure voted on and approved, but still gotta read it 2 more times.

Its good information. But it is not passed yet. It is approved. They read it once, approved it, and set it up to be read again. After three times, it will be passed.
