  1. Austin-Powers- for- PM Sorry this scenario is not a lop at all. No one loses money it is a currency creation, similar to what they did in Europe when the Euro came into existence. It is a switch to a new currency, simple as that. I certainly hope this does not happen. Sorry you thought it was a LOP but it is not.
  2. Dodge93 You brought up something that no one wants to talk about nor consider for a minute. Maybe they are right, and I certainly hope so. BUT, I have become somewhat skeptical. When looking at the key words in many press releases we see "new currency" "drop the Zeros" "make the currency valuable" and many other key words or phrases. There seems to be a consensus that the RV will put the Iraq Dinar very close to the Kuwait currency. Ok, food for thought, and like Dodge93 said, no bashing, just feedback, OK?? There was a news article some time ago that mentioned changing the dinar at 1200 and 200fils. I don't recall exactly how it was worded. Now I have no idea what that means, and it is plain, neither does anyone else, just a lot of speculation, but lets consider that: 1. They create a "new currency" 2- turn in all your dinar at the rate of 1200 for one of the "new currency" Or at the current exchange rate. Now everyone has the new currency, no money lost, just changed to a new currency. The value if the new currency is now 1 to 1 with the USD. (lost of speculation of a 1 to 1 RV.) 3- Now they RV at lets say 4 to 1. Now Each new currency is equal to 4 USD. If that were to occur, our investment would increase by about 4 times. They would have met all the things the press is saying they will do it RV'd, no more zeros, new currency, value close to Kuwait. I am not a financial wise person, so this may be impossible, but logic tells me it is something to worry about. FEEDBACK????
  3. What a kick in the pants. All this bickering over what is clearly a joke post. CC XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
  4. I hope I don't get too repetitive in this post. When I was new to this investment, I hung onto ever word and projection by the Gurus. I felt disappointment after disappointment and even to this day, I check what they write and am still hopeful. To evaluate myself, I think it has hurt me and I think it is hurtful to everyone that depends on getting the latest news. Most of these sites are free and are controlled by people that apparently receive nothing, some do however. What I think many have lost, maybe never had, is the integrity to report intelligence as that, not as fact. I think EGO is the controlling factor in the daily posts of some of these Gurus, not factual information. To prove my point, you only have to go back a few months and start reading the posts. Evaluate what was clearly reported as intel info and those things stated as fact. You should be able to come to the same conclusions. Some of these Gurus continually report false information and at the least, misleading information. It is really not ok from an honesty position. So if you agree with that, then the conclusion is that it is from a dishonest position. Hence, I categorize it as EGO posting. Also, as you read the posts and see the intel information reported day after day by some of the gurus, at some point you have to come to the conclusion that some of the Gurus either are just falsely reporting information or their sources of information are just not credible. However, how dare you to criticize them or point out your opinions or to critique their statements. They simply Ban you under the guise that it is their site and they can do it and they don't take bashing. Yes there are some that bash and we can all agree they should be removed but a little anger in some posts is not enough to rightfully ban someone who is responding because of some false information they heard or thought they heard from a site. So for the newbies, don't believe what you hear. Research the history of the posts and see that the RV was to happen the next day, within 48 hours, on Sunday with cash out on Monday, etc, etc. December 2010 is a good month to review. After you review it, then look at the posts for this month. Then take a deep breath, realize this investment is a long term investment and the RV may happen tomorrow or two years from now but you cannot rely on the Gurus to give you that information. It ok to look at the sites and see what is being said, but do not put your faith in what is being said or you will be hurt. With all that being said, I think this site is ok. Just keep your senses. Now, I expect to be bashed. We will see.
  5. Apologies are funny. Does it have any merit when a person gets a BAN from the site by pointing out the race to be first in an announcement was not ok in that it was false. Now an apology, but the BAN stands. Is the apology serious??? How about it Blaino??? I am ready to accept your apology. Thanks. I can't go to another site and say thank you for apologizing because the BAN Stands. Someone please relay this to Planet Dinar.
  6. Drama, Drama, Drama. Nonsense, all of it. We all got in this investment with our eyes open. Either it will happen or it won't, either Ali is a very good man or he isn't, it really doesn't matter at this point. I hope it works out for him and he opens when the RV happens, if it happens, and all this nonsense will go away. If he doesn't, what then???? Unless he sold us all counterfeit, then we will all make out with an RV, with or without him. So, why worry.
  7. http://www.imf.org/external/pubs/ft/scr/2011/cr1175.pdf © 2011 International Monetary Fund March 2011 IMF Country Report No. 11/75 This is a multipage report. In reading it, my conclusion is that we are a long way off from an RV/RI You can draw your own conclusions. One encouraging paragraph is found on page 14: 24. Staff supports the CBI’s policy of managing the exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar to keep inflation low. A stable exchange rate continues to provide a solid anchor for the public’s expectations in an otherwise highly uncertain environment. Over time, rising oil revenues could put upward pressure on the real exchange rate, which would warrant allowing greater exchange rate flexibility. Staff also welcomes the authorities’ continued commitment to safeguard the independence of the CBI, which is critical for maintaining confidence in the Iraqi dinar. Would like feedback on this report:
  8. It just does not makes sense to me that the budget would be passed (of course based on the Dinar) then a revaluation takes place. What am I missing?? I must admit I am not an expert at Governments but I bet most of us are the same.
