Thanks for the info. Do you know what criteria he uses to adjust the meter? Purely a guess like everyone else? Has he raised the meter and then adjusted it down in the past? Anyone know?

He seems to follow trends of activity in Iraq as far as government formation, sanctions being lifted against the country, and other factors that lead to an Iraq that would lend itself to an RV. That's what he bases his meter on. It's a numerical representation of a speculator's confidence in the factors that will cause an Rv.

I think he gets all his numbers from a combination of TK and Keepm. It might all be bull and he'll argue about it.

OK.....who pray tell sets the meter?...I admit it does add to the excitement, But holds no relevance to what is really is going on...but none the less fun.,...
