GOOD EVENING FANS!!! Well, as opposed to a good many people's expectations, looks like "Timmy" showed us all what he was made of today. He played against an admittedly beat-up Steelers' team, but, none-the-less, performed several 'miracles' to take his questionably talented group to the next level, including ONE INCREDIBLE 5 SECOND OVERTIME TOUCHDOWN PASS!!! For all of you that gave him NO chance to succeed, and cast disparaging remarks on his quarterback skills, I hope you had the opportunity to watch one of the best played games of the season...if not THE best. There's no doubt that John Elway has had a change of heart! I don't watch a lot of NFL, but, I for one, couldn't be happier that a quality player will get some media attention, instead of the usual discouraging news that we hear about many of our other 'World Class Athletes'. So, CONGRATULATIONS, Mr. Tebow! You just keep on Tebowing whenever you feel like it... But, you're gonna' need everything you've got, and then some, to get past Brady and the Pats. But, hey that's what they said about you and Pittsburgh, right? (All of you Tebow nay-sayers, please feel free to add your comments and observations...just as the 1st Amendment guarantees you...) GORV!!! AND, THIS WEEK WOULD BE JUST RIGHT!!!

"He is not a good Q.B" Really? Fortunately, results in the NFL determine a quarterback's VALUE (is that the same as good?)...not opinions, like yours. Hey, his declaration, that Jesus is his Lord and Saviour, is only a 15 second sound bite, compared to the 3 hours he spends winning games. I guess it's all about what you consider relevant...his interview, or his performance (which incidentally, has little to do with his 'style' of throwing). And, he's sorta like a Dinar Guru around here...if you don't want to listen to him, I recommend changing the channel... Historically, QB's have been remembered for the amount of wins they've chalked up (he's currently 7 & 1), not how they delivered the ball. I suggest that you watch a few MLB games next season, and notice if the pitcher's style, (and, there are NO TWO ALIKE) counts for ANYTHING in his won/lost column. Nope. Only results... Just like the NFL.

ER ~ I have a great deal of respect for the gentle spirit of freedom that your namesake represented, and I read most of your posts with interest, but I have rarely read anything you wrote that has significantly contributed to this site. You seem intelligent...so, why don't your apparent philosophy, and therefore your posts, reflect it? Incidentally, I corrected your grammatical errors for you.
