The Web’s Only RV-O-MeterBy Justhopin 74The web’s only RV-O-Meter will gauge the progress of the revaluation of the Iraqi Dinar as news, information, and intel is made available.

Condition is in a high-grade warning to “Prepare for Cash In” on the RV-O-Meter as of Nov. 24, 2010.

The RV-O-Meter increased 0.6% as of November 24, 2010 for a weighted confidence level of 96.5%; The highest recorded level on the RV-O-Meter to date.

The following factors contributed to the increase in the RV-O-Meter rate:

Although the threat level is high violent acts of terrorism has decreased in recent days

IMF places pressure on Iraq to implement key policies

PM Elect Maliki calls for UN to end outstanding issues with Kuwait

Kuwait and Iraq agree on border issue

Increased discussion regarding Iraq’s request to end Chapter VII sanctions

Parliament passes 2011 Budget, Iraq’s welfare system is depleted

CBI is preparing to discuss new monetary strategy with parliament

Commentary

As investors in the Iraqi Dinar and if you have a watchful-eye on current events coming out of Baghdad you must feel positive about what has transpired over the past few weeks.

For years (less for some) you have listened to your favorite host on dinar forums describe in their opinion of what was needed for a revaluation to occur. Lo and behold over the past 30 days we have seen one event occur after another leading us to progress in this investment.

So far this week the top headline would be the passage of the 2011 Iraq State Budget. This was a key ingredient to demonstrate to the United Nations, IMF, and to their own people the newly formed government is acting responsible taking care of key issues. This event was a must-have to appease the UN and the IMF.

Like I said last update….

If you are a dinar investor the hard, arduous part is over; the formation of the Iraqi government was the key. Now its time for Iraq’s leaders to act like a government for their people.

By all indications from this day forward, the revaluation could be triggered by any event brought on by the actions of the Iraqi parliament, Central Bank of Iraq (CBI), International Monetary Fund (IMF), or the United Nations (UN).

It is my opinion that much of the remaining issues rest in the hands of these three agencies.

We are that advanced into this investment. Any setback would be at the result of Iraq’s own hand.

Conclusion

Like you, I am about as excited as a race horse ready to go in the gate!

Based on the research so many of us have collected and presented over the years, news being released in recent weeks, and even some of the intel brought forth by dinar forums it would appear the revaluation of the Iraqi Dinar will soon occur.

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and what better time to give thanks for the blessing we all are about to receive. Take this moment to be with your family and feel blessed for what you have and humble for what you will.

Please remember many factors (many unknown) could be at play regarding the revaluation. The RV could occur anytime from this point forward with little or no warning or announcement.

Like always I will caveat this by saying we are dealing with Iraq. Anything can happen that can cause delay as we have witnessed so many times before. While I do not foresee anything delaying this forward movement at this time I reserve the right to downgrade the RV-O-Meter as needed.
