[olelady] When adding the tally of the pay out for Iraq on an RI... The key is to remember the REPARATIONS that the coalition forces can expect to pay for invading them

[olelady] that is one reason why trade agreements between countries is so important to watch

[olelady] and no the money and help already spent and done and given are not taken off what each country WILL owe them

[olelady] that is under seperate mandates of the conventions of war

Shouldn't this be in the LOP section? This may be educational for someone who perhaps is new to this investment and needs a lesson in "Fiery Phoniex's" LOP prophecies; which in reality are nothing more than a waste of time and always were.
