History shows us that the IQD is a sister to KU so to speak.. Look at the history of the IQD from 1972 to 2003 when they were put under chpt.7. They opperated as a country then so ................................

I believe that no matter what the rumor, it is of no importance per se.

I read here somewhere, and I cannot fine the post. But I can recall,

that the poster had said something to the effect that the RV must occur within a certain period,

before it is allowed to show up on the exchange.

If this the case. not only would this info serve as a barometer for an RV,

but having this information would also allow us to see how close the RV is.

If correct, then why is everyone expecting anything to happen,

re : RV, prior to FORex announcement?

Actually, as I understand it, it comes from the Kuwaitis who are reported to have said to the Iraqis "Do not bring out the dinar higher than the KWD". IMO, many rumors have sprung from that reported statement. You will find past links on this in the DV archives. Happy reading.
