Received the email in BOLD below this morning from banking.supervision@cbi.iq in response to my email congratulating Warka on being registered again on the ISX and asking if they had an idea when they would re-open for regular business...no name included from whoever responded. So I guess a big nothing burger...again.

 

"Hope this Email finds you well , regarding your previous email , Kindly note that the bank is under rehabilitation at the moment in order to re-practicing the banking activities , and you will be informed once all the procedures and the financial liquidity available for payment purposes .

Best Regards."

confirmed on Rabee Securities. Looks like Warka has $207 million USD in capital. Huh warka website is down...maybe some news coming? Open for normal biz please?

Found in the "Daily trading report" for the 16-18 of Sept on a page for "NOT TRADING OTC"
