Rumors have it...Iraq is already a WTO member.

It may be officially announced, along with the RV, at Sudani's Washington visit.

Whether they are now, or going to be in the near future, does not matter.   They are moving forward in a lot of areas.  This is just one of them.   After all these years, it seems like watching paint dry, but I really think that they are moving consistantly forward everyday.
