Hey Colts, sorry for the long wait in responding.  I've had health issues since late August and am now catching up with everything.

 

Just asked my friend, he's still firm on $700 per mil. If this is acceptable let me know.

He's been getting minimum $800 per million.

I doubt he will accept anything less than that anymore.
