3n1 Posted October 3, 2022 Report Share Posted October 3, 2022 Bama girl , theseus hit it correct they had the agreement many times it would always fall apart kurds could not trust baghdad stating they were not getting their 17% cut and to many factions in baghdad cant stomach the kurds , so imo way to much corruption the oil is the cash cow for iraq if the oil n gas law is nailed down the cow goes to pasture so to speak lol ive backed way off from following daily i liken it to a soap opera stop watching , no worries same story lines with a few cast members switched out ..... we wait 3 3 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

(I say next year's budget with a tinge of sarcasm due to the fact that 85% of the time they are still negotiating the "next year's budget well into "the next year").
