Bama girl , theseus hit it correct they had the agreement many times it would always fall apart kurds could not trust baghdad stating they were not getting their 17% cut and to many factions in baghdad cant stomach the kurds , so imo way to much corruption the oil is the cash cow for iraq if the oil n gas law is nailed down the cow goes to pasture so to speak  lol  ive backed way off from following daily i liken it to a soap opera stop watching , no worries same story lines with a few cast members switched out ..... we wait
