I use Al Karmal.

I was able to switch my portfolio from Warka about a year before they went dark.

I don't have any complaints about Al Karmal. Updates daily  ( or when the ISX is open) and I can log on and check my account.

5) ISX brokers should not receive monies in cash from non-Iraqi investors

directly or through their dealers. Also brokers should not implement cash

payments to them. All these operations are to be done through approved banks

in Iraq and in Iraqi Dinars.

6) Selling amounts are to be paid to non-Iraqi investors through approved banks

in Iraq. Financial settlements should take place within the period specified in the

Trading Regulations, and the broker shall bear all legal and financial

consequences resulting from that.

7) ISX should issue temporary shares certificate in both Arabic and English

languages.

😎 The broker should provide the non Iraqi investor or his dealer, through

available approved means, with statement of share sales and purchases and

implementation date.

9) The broker should keep a copy of all documents mentioned in the regulations,

and copies of slips and vouchers of deposited and drawn amounts. All these

documents shall be under the supervision of the Securities Commission and the

ISX.

 

 

Securities Commission in Iraq seeks to develop the financial markets and turn them into a market attractive to Iraqi and foreign investments, which is a strategic objective through continuous work to develop the practical reality of securities, which reflects the values of transparency and control, which will work to achieve the interests of all investors in stock.

I have not been able to see my ISX shares on Al Karmal since February 13th. The page just won't update.

After emailing them I was told something like ....

We are sorry for the delay; we intend to provide a service better than Tadawolaty, the online trading platform service called (Iraka Trade Platform) as a web application and mobile application; we will offer it to you soon, so I hope that you may be patience on us. This platform is in a trial period, and we will give you all the details asap.
 
I went and found Etrade System (isx-iraka.com) .
 
Still waiting on my new log in info.

Did you pay account fee for online…yes they are updating and still trading they sent a copy of my portfolio the other day becaus se I have not renewed my online banking

Yes I paid my yearly fee a month or so ago. I could see my account at anytime then the Tadawolaty won't updated for me. 

I emailed them and that was their reply. Not worried, I've been very happy with their services.

Just wish my Warka shares would have been transferred ( or was still trading) when I switched brokerage companies. Warka was a large chunk of my portfolio back in the day.

Just now able to log on to Karmal's Tadawolaty site to view ISX holdings. I received an email this morning stating they were still switching to another platform.

New Fee from Karmal......

 

 

Table of commissions for the Karmal
Brokerage Company:
1. brokerage commission 1% of the value
of the executed contract.
2. A one-time fee for opening a brokerage
account is IQD 120,000.
3. The profit collection commission is
10% of the profits, provided that it is
not less than IQD 5,000 and not more
than IQD 100,000.
4. The subscription to Tadawolaty
account is IQD 120,000 yearly.
5. Subscription payment commission and
corporate capital increase by 1% of the
value of the paid amount.
6. External transfers commission of
0.003 of the transfer amounts not
includes bank commissions, and swift
fees.
7. The subscription to the online trading
platform (IRAKA Trade Platform)
service is $240 per year or $20 per
month.
8. The commission for transferring
shares from another broker to the
Karmal brokerage is IQD 10,000.
