I do esteem the man but this is ridiculous....Besides.... Italian law doesn't contemplate a 2nd presidential mandate  except in  few extremely peculiar cases / situations...This did happen already in 2013 when president Napolitano got re-elected and stayed on for one more year.....But it shouldn't become the rule......Again the political class showed again its inadequacy in taking such important decisions...Like proposing lots of names only to burn them in a matter of hours...That's unpreparedness in the least.....
