Hello Sage.....I'm sorry to say that I do not know if here there's something comparable to HAARP....Likely there's something similar but I do admit I'm not sure at all....

 

About your 1st statement......Well...Italy is ALWAYS in a huge mess...Be it weather-wise, politics-wise, economy-wise etc.....We're constantly living in a very big mess.....Kinda used to ( unfortunately) at this point.....Which is sad....And I believe the new elections ( Sept 25) won't be any different....I do expect a huge success of the moderate to exteme right wing .....Coalition of three parties...Forza Italia ( Berlusconi) Lega ( Salvini)  and Fratelli d'Italia ( Giogia Meloni)...I won't vote for them but I'll have to respect the votes of those who will......And anyway there's no party here representing  me and millions of others....There's no more  a significant left remaining....the programs of the main centre.left parties are more and more similar to those of central-right wing...I deem it kinda obscene somehow...I'm disgusted....

Point being that Democratic Party ( originally Italian Communist Party, which during  a few years went through lots of drastic changes and name changes....moving more and more to the center and the right) to me is not reliable at all in reference to my values....I will not vote for them....Instead I do like enough one of the two pictured above, Nicola Fratoianni ( Sinistra Italiana)....He talks convincingly ( when he doesn't concede too much to the DEM party dominating compromise ( to the center and right) mentality....JMHO

Point being that if Sinistra Italiana sticks to the deal with Dem Party...Then ...No ...Sorry...I won't vote...The fear of the right wing parties advancement and even possible win (and  consequent gov't formation) can't be an excuse to accept and get submitted to all the crap the so-called institutional left no-left-actually is ready to make me eat....

 

This would be different if SI would show independence of political decisions
