2-20-2020   Newshound Guru MilitiaMan    Article:  "Deputy: Karbala’s 2020 budget is devoid of new project"   [Q? How can there be an RI when there is such a large deficit and no new projects?] I think they are about to change things, as this suggests they have the 2019 budget which, imo would reflect the FML amendment that will facilitate the new rate we expect to precede the 2020... Thus, they seem to know already that there is a big change coming...imo ! This is a good one!! ~ imo.

Good Evening DV, here's another opinion & comment from Frank26 that might be of interest to you.  Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. He is simply stating his opinion based on what seems to be happening in Iraq.  RON

***** Frank26   ...everything is happening at an amazing fast pace, warp speed with the reinstatement of the dinar, the monetary reform itself.  It's at a point right now where it's coming so fast that you can't miss it...!

I hope and pray Frank26 is right ... this time...!!  It will be a Blessing to us all.  Ron

*** Delta   ...great information from the Financial Minister.  In his tweet he's talking about they're tying to get Iraq back to the financial status internationally.  Guess what happened?  He just have [gave] an executive order and he ordered the Central Bank of Iraq with other financial entities in Iraq to implement and launch that ASAP so Iraq can regain their financial status internationally...the glory days...they have to activate whatever they needed to implement from the Prime Minister and the Office of Financial Ministry...this is just amazing.  This is just unbelievable...

***** MilitiaMan  What it looks like is there was a notice given on the 19th. Then, moving along from that, banks are closed and a holiday ensues for five days to mark Eid Al-Fitr a time of giving. The mask of Covd-19 is in play.. Nothing like a plan-demic to hide what is in plain site. Very well orchestrated on many fronts. The one front that will usher our win, is what we await on now.... imo. No turning back once one jumps from the deck! That is where they are, in the air.....imo...lol..!

5-25-2020   Intel Guru Frank26  ...at any time this could happen.  Don't be looking for no date.  No specific time of the year.  I don't care what everybody's telling you.  At any time it could happen because it's an accounting process.  It's all about the numbers...they tested this...they tested it in the markets - successfully.  Their exchange rate was tested - successfully.  What do you mean?  The auctions, they shut it down and they've maintained their exchange rate... - successfully.  They proved themselves.  They proved themselves to be worthy to go international - to have the value to their currency lifted by the Fab 4.  Therefor they are a go.  They are ready to go...

***** Breitling  ...the CBI went to the IMF a long time ago with the parliament and said we want to get the Iraqi dinar to a $1.17... That was the proposal.  That's what they wanted and the whole world knows about it.  It's out there.  The other part of that is the CBI can revalue their currency anytime they want without parliament saying anything...the parliament wants the CBI to add value to the currency - correctly though.  They're not begging them to do it, they just want them to do it correctly.  The debate is the policy on how to do that...The CBI can add value to the currency any damn time they want...it's starting to narrow down and it's kind of remarkable...
