I'm calling   :bs:  The GOI is an Appalling Sham and your people are starving  - I know Abadi means well and is putting on a brave face and he has accomplished much, considering the Hand he was dealt. His people are most resilient and deserve better than what their government is delivering. 

 

Hopefully the " New Batch " of Parliamentarians can kick this thing into high gear upon their return.

He has to know that the international community thinks Iraq is a craphole country.... wait... nobody told him yet??.... Abadi is in fantasy land.... Or.... is he talking to the citizens of Iraq trying to make them believe his fairy tale?
