8. Obama is one, as is Hillarious. Interestingly, Trump offered Clinton a fig leaf very early in his Presidency (it may have been before the inauguration, forgive me but I am exhausted and can't recall).
9. Sun Tzu was very clear that the supreme leader goes into war knowing it is already won. The aim is NOT to cause damage or kill. You want to take the enemy's empire whole and undamaged.
Therefore, the aim is to break the enemy's will, to avoid fighting.

This government shutdown is being painted as a bad thing.  I'm not sure why.  If it's like the previous shutdowns, all it amounts to is a paid vacation for government parasites.  We the People are much better off if these bureaucrats sit at home on their fluffy pillows.  Fewer bonehead decisions being made is a win-win all the way around!
