1 usd to Ruble is like 56 rubles

 

2,500,000,000 divided by 56 is like 38.3 million

140,000,000,000 divided by 56 is 2.5 Billion

 

2.5 Billion divided by 38.3 million is 65

 

65 divided by 56 is 1.16

 

But I’m not a mathematician or an economist just an semi educated guess
