Sarhad Kader An Iraqi prosecutor survived an assassination attempt in Kirkuk, Kirkuk Police chief Gen. Sarhad Kader said on Sunday. In a press statement, Kader revealed that unknown assailants targeted prosecutor Emad al-Falk Karim.
