Canceling it 3 days ahead of the Auction date must have some meaning.. I believe the CBI may have taken too many dinars off the street.

I would'nt get to excited, They cancell them every so aften and have been for at least 2 years that I have been watching this.no big deal.

All the other CBI T-Bill Auctions were cancelled on the day of the Auction because of lack of Bidders. This one was cancelled 3 days ahed of the Auction Date.. So, this one is different!! I have been watching the T-Bill Auctions and the MOF Auctions for 5 years or more..

RICK C IS CORRECT THEY HAVE CANCELLED THEM BEFORE, BUT ONLY ON THE MORNING OF THE AUCTION. IM NOT SAYING IT MEANS ANYTHING, BUT A FEW DAYS WARNING ON NO AUCTION IS ODD.
