First, not everything Iraq does is geared towards the RV. They need to survive after the RV takes place. Sometimes people on here remind me of the character on Game of Thrones. Hodor says: "Hodor". That's all he ever says. Hey Hodor, is the sky blue? Hodor! What is the comutational value of that thhingamabob? Hodor, Hodor! Why yes, Hodor you are right it is two Hodors! /s

 

Second, what is happening here is that members of the terrorist organization are purchasing smart cards to 1) get money, 2) to show that they were not supporters of the terrorist organization or have been a member of the terrorist organization. Its like buying false documents to prove you have a social security number to get welfare benefits from the feds. Iraq is foolishly using these cards to determine whether or not a person is or was a member of daash. Should an individual own one of these cards, then it shows to Iraq that the owner is innocent of being associated with daash.

 

The news is stating that the smart cards are being bought for up to 35 million dinars. In USD that is HODOR!.
