Schedule, Iraq 1 March Tariff Law activated. On 8 March trading on ISX resumes. RV/RI any time after. IMO.


2-22-15 sczin11: IF IN FACT IT IS TRUE, THAT THEY HAVE WITHHELD THE EXPENDITURES PART OF BUDGET FROM THE GAZETTE...CAN ONLY MEAN ONE THING, IMHO, THEY ARE NOT READY TO FUND THE BUDGET...CBI NOT READY...RATE HIDDEN...OR GOVT NOT READY...SOMEONE NOT READY.
