The Shock Upon Entering Heaven

          I was shocked, confused, bewildered as I entered Heaven's door. Not by the beauty of it all nor by the lights and its décor. It was the folks in Heaven who made me sputter and gasp, the theieves, the liars, the alcoholics, the plain old trash.

 

          There stood the kid from my seventh grade class who swiped my lunch money twice, next to him was my old neighbor who never said one blessed thing nice. Herb a friend who I thought was rotting away in hell was sitting pretty on cloud nine and looking incredibly well I might add. I couldn't believe my eyes at all these people.

 

          I nudged Jesus and said, "What's up with this, I would love to hear how all these got here. Did someone make a mistake and why is everyone so quiet and somber......Hush child said he, "They're all in shock...no one thought they would see you hear.

 

 

 

 

 

God love is for all who except him before their last breath.

Mark 3:28“Assuredly, I say to you, all sins will be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they may utter; 29 but he who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is subject to eternal condemnation”—

 

This is what Christ dying on the cross is all about. No religion or work can get anyone into heaven. The work was done by Christ. As it says in

 

Ephesians 2:8For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,9 not of works, lest anyone should boast. 10For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

 

By excepting Christ there is nothing else that needs to be done. But by rejecting what Christ did on the cross, that is blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. All else can be forgiven.

I hope and pray you are right, the below passage gives me concern that "once saved always saved" is misleading...

“I will take revenge.
    I will pay them back.”

 

He also said,

 

“The Lord will judge his own people.”

 

31 It is a terrible thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

 

32 Think back on those early days when you first learned about Christ.Remember how you remained faithful even though it meant terrible suffering.33 Sometimes you were exposed to public ridicule and were beaten, and sometimes you helped others who were suffering the same things. 34 You suffered along with those who were thrown into jail, and when all you owned was taken from you, you accepted it with joy. You knew there were better things waiting for you that will last forever.

 

35 So do not throw away this confident trust in the Lord. Remember the great reward it brings you! 36 Patient endurance is what you need now, so that you will continue to do God’s will. Then you will receive all that he has promised.

 

37 “For in just a little while,
    the Coming One will come and not delay.
38 And my righteous ones will live by faith.
    But I will take no pleasure in anyone who turns away.”

 

39 But we are not like those who turn away from God to their own destruction. We are the faithful ones, whose souls will be saved.

You can be written into the Book Of Life and be taken out also for so many reasons......Eternity is the state of your soul at the moment you cross from this life and you have Free Will Choice to determine that as long as you have a breath.

That phrase was something that man came up with. Their are many that call themselves Christians who are just sheep in wolves clothing. Jesus knew all to well about these people.

Matthew 13

The Parable of the Sower Explained

¹⁸ “Therefore hear the parable of the sower: ¹⁹ When anyone hears the word of the kingdom, and does not understand it, then the wicked one comes and snatches away what was sown in his heart. The Parable of the Wheat and the Tares

Acts 2:38. There is only one way to be saved , not a hundred ways.
