(IraqiNews.com) On Monday, the Ministry of Human Rights announced that the ISIS organization dismantled a secondary oil refinery in Salahuddin province, and now plans to send it to the Syrian province of Raqqa, explaining that ISIS replaced its prince in Mosul because of his failure to manage “the security file.”

The ministry said in a statement obtained by Iraqi News.com that, “These terrorist gangs managed to dismantle a secondary oil refinery in the province of Salahuddin, steal it and send it to the province of Nineveh,” pointing out that, “witnesses indicated that the gangs intend to send the refinery parts to the Syrian province of Raqqa.”

On the other hand, the ministry said, “News were received about the terrorist gangs appointing a new governor for the city of Mosul, named Hassan Saud al-Jubouri; a substitute for Mahmoud Hassan al-Jubouri,” pointing out that, “This came because of the latter’s failure to manage the security file of ISIS which had been subjected to hundreds of air strikes by the Iraqi air force and the international coalition forces lately.”

They dismantled it at night evidently and no one saw!  Quite mysterious this ISIS group and everything about this story!  JMO!

Thanks k98nights, appreciate all the news you bring here!  :tiphat:

You're welcome...and yes I found it interesting that they could dismantle a refinery and run away with it in broad daylight, if that's what they did.

Dismantling it is very funny

Then transporting it all to another country

Then what figure out how it goes back together

Figure out the torques on all the bolts

Those clowns are not smart enough to do that

They will end up blowing themselves up trying

I hope they video it when they introduce oil back into it and turn it on

To dismantle it and put it back together would take a very long time

Not a month or even 6 months

With a crew of a few hundred skilled welders boilermakers pipe fitters electricians instrument fitters and a machine shop and fire department working 24 hours a day

Oh and they gotta eat to while they work they need the facilities

So where ever they go there's gonna be a big target on their backs

These guys are idiots

Like thieves in the night. Kind of like what you see on the upper west side highway in New York City, cars on blocks after being striped.
