the total number of seats is 328  ....

 

so M = 104-112

 

Coalition = 200+ 

 

only 14 seats unaccounted for ...

 

 

is that possibly the way this will shake out AND

 

does it mean M is finally toast ???

No it doesn't.

 

Parliament structure in Iraq is similar to Canada and NOT like the USA.  You see, he won votes but he does not have a majority gov't.  All that means is he can keep his position but has to get approval from the other Parties when he want's to push something through Parliament. It's not a dictatorship, it's a democracy.
