Lop the section?  There is much to this article but my head is spinning trying to figure it out.  It appears he is responding to the judicial board as to some kind of suit against the bank maybe?

Or CBI is suing someone for accusations falsely made?

It's true that the CBI website is hosted on a server managed from somewhere in the southwest US. Interesting, to say the least, but not uncommon. It's who the site admins are for cbi.iq that's important and how they go about updating the page and where they get their info from that I'm interested in...
