Goodlife
Repayments are scheduled for completion about the middle of next year so at least that side of it will end. Cant see Kuwait being allowed to keep Iraq tied up past that date without a really good reason. Bit of game play going on but expect UN intervention if Kuwait tries to drag it out much past final repayments occurrence. Getting closer day by day

Goodlife
But Stevei said it was done... What gives? :D/> If Iraq got released from final Chapter 7 sanctions it would surely be freely available news. maybe even tv news. Have you seen it, I havent. All I have seen is that they are working together trying to fix issues. Good stuff but no finality to it thats obvious. They may have some back room deal that comes out at the same time as a rv but that would be rumour. Why would Kuwait let Iraq off with anything, especially after the invasion is still a very unpleasant memory. Iraq has to pay and give whats owed and promised.
