Butifldrm
Thanks Boozer and Socal for the posts. It appears all monetary and border issues are satisfied. It's going to be hell finding all those missing Kuwaiti's. It's been 22 years since Saddam's invasion on Kuwait. I know they have found some remains, but there's no telling what Saddam could have done to those people. If he burned their remains, they will never find them. I don't want to sound crass, but everything has a price or monetary value. That's the only way I see Chapter VII coming to an end, if Kuwait holds Iraq in compliance on this issue. 2

SocalDinar
GM Goldie and Butifldrm Kind of leaves us on the edge of our seats. We all were waiting for good news in June and SG Moon's report was short a simple. There is more that needs to be done. Seems like Kuwaits issues may be handled since , but have the Border issues been completed yet? Will they ever find the Archives? Reperations to families of missing Kuwaiti's? Will he include the Iranian flights to Syria with possible Arms be included this time around? The UNSC will consider Kuwait's relationship with Iraq but it it is their call period.
